The updated 2023 Henley powerful passport Index was published last month. It saw some changes in the ranking of passports based on the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa.

Based on the Index, and as compiled by Statista, Seychelles is ranked the African country with the most powerful passport on the continent.
